Venue Rental at [Vancouver Grace China Church]

1. Noise Policy:
  To respect our noise-sensitive neighbors, renters must adhere to our noise-level guidelines. Quiet hours are enforced   after [insert specific hours]. Amplified sounds are not allowed without prior approval.

  噪音政策：

  为了尊重我们的邻居，租客必须遵守噪音控制指南。安静时段为[具体时间]，未经批准不得使用扩音设备。
 

2. Cleanliness Policy:
  Renters must leave the space clean and tidy, returning it to its original condition. A cleaning fee may be charged if        additional cleaning is required.

  清洁政策：租客需在活动结束后清理场地，保持原状。若场地需要额外清洁，将收取清洁费用。

3. Prohibited Activities:
  Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  禁止活动：场地内严禁吸烟、饮酒和使用非法物品。

 

4. Security Deposit:
  A refundable security deposit of $300 is required to secure the booking. This will be returned after the event,           provided  there are no damages, violations of the agreement, or additional cleaning required.

 押金：为确保预订，租客需支付$300的可退还押金。活动结束后，如无损坏、违规或额外清洁需求，押金将全额退     还。
 

5. Penalty for Noise Complaints or Agreement Violations:

• A $100 fine will be charged for each verified noise complaint.

• The church reserves the right to terminate the event without refund in cases of severe or repeated violations.

   噪音投诉及协议违规罚款：每次经确认的噪音投诉，将收取$100罚款。若出现严重或重复违规情况，教会有权中止活动，并不退还租金。

 

6. Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days in advance.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

取消政策：

• 提前14天或以上取消可全额退款。

• 提前7–13天取消可退还50%的费用。

• 提前7天内取消将不予退款。
