三句每天都要对自己说的话 Three Things to Say to Yourself Every Day

每年到了冬季,都是温哥华出现更多抑郁症的时候,我们的思绪就像一个战场,每天有500多万个想法跑来跑去,影响着我们情绪、决定和喜乐。我们需要打扫这个战场,对自己的心说正确的话。有三句话,希望你每天对自己说一遍:

 

  1. 你是被爱的。

     约翰一书 4:19 我们爱,因为神先爱我们。

  1. 你不是孤单的。

    诗篇 23:4 我虽然行过死荫的幽谷,也不怕遭害,因为你与我同在;你的杖,你的竿,都安慰我。

  2. 一切事情上都有盼望

    罗马书 15:13 但愿使人有盼望的神,因信将诸般的喜乐和平安充满你们的心,使你们借着圣灵的能力大有盼望。

 

Every winter, Vancouver sees an increase in depression. Our minds become like a battlefield, with over five million thoughts rushing through each day, affecting our emotions, decisions, and joy. We need to clear this battlefield and speak the right words to our hearts. Here are three phrases I hope you’ll say to yourself each day:

 

  1. You Are Loved

    We love because he first loved us. 1 John 4:19 NIV

  2. You Are Not Alone.

    Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Psalms 23:4

  3. There is hope in all things.

    May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13
